The department develops and delivers vocations, selection, initial and
in-service training, consultancy and support for authorised and ordained
ministries; and theological education and ministerial formation resources
for adult Christians in Rochester Diocese. The department provides the
Synodical structure and resources for the work of the Adviser in Pastoral
Care and Counselling, the Council for Health and Healing, the clergy
Ministry Review process and such other matters as may from time to time be
referred to it.
